Head's Welcome
Dear Parents
I would like to welcome you to Oaksey Church of England Primary School. I am very proud to be Headteacher of this small village school where the children are the heart of all learning. All adults within the school work closely together, ensuring that it is a special place to learn. We pride ourselves on creating a warm and friendly atmosphere in which all have opportunities to flourish.

Many Hands Make Light Work
A huge thank you to parents, grandparents, staff and children who gave so generously of their time and energy today to improve the school grounds. Brambles were cut, dead wood and rubble removed, the compost area dug over and organised, ivy removed, gutters cleared, the area by the sheds comprehensively tidied and a shed painted. All helped along the way by homemade biscuits and cake! Together we filled three trailers with green waste and the school grounds look all the better for it. Thank you once again to all involved. Busy Baking
Ruby have been busy baking in preparation for a visit from their pre-school leaders today. Their cakes look and smell delicious. Enjoy!
A Mr. Williams Art Masterclass!
Emerald have been telling stories through drawing and have brought Robert Louis Stevenson's poem 'The Lamplighter' to life with their creations. They've been focusing on line, shape and composition and are now adding colour. It was lovely to walk in last week and see a masterclass in action!
Harvest
Thank you to everyone who came to our Harvest Service today and gave so generously to Malmesbury and District Foodbank. This is just a small fraction of the donations on display. It was lovely to see such a full church and to celebrate Harvest together as a community.
